Work carried out incorrectly by using wrong engine oil which I picked up on the invoice. Contacted next day to tell them it took over 2 hours for them to reply had to take the car back for rectification which again took 2 hours then I was told amended invoice would be emailed over which I still haven’t received.

Booked MOT and Service to be competed same day but got a call they could not do the MOT and had to rebook! It’s inconvenient having this done in the first place but to have to do it twice!! I won’t be using them again even if the price was good, I value my time more than the £15 saving I was getting on the MOT.

The service itself was ok, but not happy with the customer service. It was spotted that my rear brakes pads could do with replacing. However, I authorised the work from the quote I received which included parts and labour etc, and upon collection they refused to do the work as they said the quote was wrong and wanted an extra £120. Not happy with that answer, no phone call, the lady upon collection was really rude, and I asked for a manager to call me later and didn’t get any follow up.
