Arrived on time to be advised my booking was for the following day. They did agree to service the car on the day of my arrival when I explained I had appointments all week. When I returned to collect my car I gave the garage a copy of the email showing they had the wrong date. I normally receive a video which is Video Health Check which is emailed to one. Apparently the video service occasionally does not work. Certainly not the normal level of service from a Honda dealership.
