I booked a full service with MOT through BookMyGarage. The dealership called and stated my car is due a major service. I upgraded and the final price was over £420. I disputed this and said that a major service and MOT on BMG is only £289. The dealership refused to acknowledge this and said that their major service is not the same as a major service on BMG. They were incredibly unhelpful and even outright lied to me. There were other issues but the review section here is not long enough.

Yes I would recommend the garage to a friend just make sure that you chose the right service for your car or the add on's may come as a bit of a shock

The problem i had with garage was car booked in for 9-15 am but was the last car to be serviced that day and was not ready to pick up till 5-45 pm.
