We never use sales pressure, and as soon as you chose to go elsewhere, we respected that immediately, additionally explaining which extra parts must be changed. We were preparing a full quote before calling you with your MOT results so you’d have both the outcome and the costs clearly explained. There was no intention to withhold information. We also take pride in how well we treat all customers, especially women, which is reflected across our Google reviews, so it’s disappointing to see that assumption.
