We booked through "Book my Garage" and were shown a tick sheet in the booking confirmation which we thought might have been either used or filled in to show that everything had been covered in the service. When collected, after a FULL service in less than 38 minutes, we asked to see the tick sheet but were told they had NEVER SEEN OR USED one. All we got was an invoice with the words Full Service in the description 0f what had been done. Don't even know how it was done in less than 38 minutes!

Sorry you feel this way. Firstly may i point out your service was not completed in 38 minutes. When you attended the showroom and seemed annoyed i offered to have your car placed on a ramp for you to inspect the new filters for yourself. You declined such offer. I then went further to offer to show you the invoice from the parts department so you can see it was done. You again declined such offer. I hope you being annoyed was not down to us refusing to release the car without payment when you sent the lady to collect. We don't release cars without payment.Regarding the check sheet you mention (You was not charged for) if you wish you can return the car and we will fill out the check sheet for you. This will be free of charge and at a time that suits you.
