Mike provided an excellent service all round. Soon after I booked online I received a phone call, even though it was a SUNDAY afternoon, to suggest an appointment day and approximate time. In fact, Mike was able to come to me the very next afternoon. That day he kept me informed of his likely arrival time. Excellent communication. He carried out the service professionally, and I enjoyed the convenience of the garage coming to me, as it were, rather than the other way around. Excellent job!
