I booked in for a service and put in the notes that this was a pre MOT service. Alas, failed MOT as a wheel nut was missing & the brake pipes corroded. I went back and Niamh told me that i) we wouldn't look at the wheel nuts or take the wheels off and ii) we don't look at the brake pipes. I have their visual health check report "Visual check of brake pipes and hoses" ticked as "green". So they missed the problem, then lied to me about missing it rather than taking responsibility. No Trust Ford.

I liked the friendly professional service. They ran through the checklist of all points of the cars full service and it’s kept on a Ford service database for future reference. The coffee and free car wash were a great touch too.

Denied that carwas booked in despite getting confirmation emails and calling the day before to confirm time. Sent away as they couldn't do service that day...
