“Just ok”

Booked service got no call back to confirm i had to phone them. Service was done i was sent a video but got no call to talk about any defects. When I went to pick up car at 3 o'clock as arranged was told to have a seat and they would get the car nobody came so went up again at 3.30 then they went and got the car again no mention of the defects.
