Hi Mark This is totally wrong, I think you are mistaken in the garage. The job I did for you on here was simply a diagnostic scan and check over. I warned you that your problem could be one of a few items and I did show you (and explained) the scan results. I think you convinced yourself that it was one thing, even after I had explained that it needed further investigation and unfortunately it appears that didn’t work out for you. I recall you answering several of my questions inaccurately when I was trying to diagnose your car, sometimes customers do this hoping it will reduce the repair or make it look nowhere near as bad, and this is unfortunate because similarly as not telling your doctor the truth it leads to an inaccurate diagnosis and is more painful in the long run.

Hi Norman Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for running slightly late but I did give you a two hour window for my arrival and I did arrive within that timeframe. Unfortunately when the service is mobile it is necessary to request payment up front. People who allow you to repair their car and then have no means to pay are sadly more common than you would imagine. The price was necessary because someone had already been having a go at this job on your car and had left the car with broken plastics and components covered in glue which all needed to be dealt with. You also wanted an immediate service which meant I needed to travel from Warrington to to Southport to do your job rather than doing booking the work when I was in the area - this priority service does make it more expensive.
