Hi Carl I told you from the offset that your car needed a clutch master cylinder. It was only a day before Christmas Eve and the part was not available until after Christmas. You pleaded with me to try and repair your car as you needed it for Christmas Day. I made a temporary repair which I told you may or may not work. When the temporary repair was completed the car was tested by myself and you also, and found to be working properly. This of course left the correct repair outstanding. You contacted me more than a week later to vent your anger at the repair not working for very long and your car was now not working again. I have the signed paperwork to prove you were told this was a temporary repair and you agreed to this.It is Impossible to please some people no matter how hard you try!
