We highly recommend TJ Services for their exceptional service. They completed a major service, MOT, and resolved an engine oil pressure fault. The mechanic was knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the issue, its cause, and the solution. They promptly ordered parts and booked the repair the next day. The problem was resolved efficiently, with very competitive pricing for the additional work compared to other quotes. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely return in the future.

Being new to the area I used book my garage as I did in my previous new address. Dropped my car off at the allotted time in for I had a flat on the morning. No idea why. Asked them to check it out as it was flat. They agreed. Needless to say they let me leave with a flat tyre, service light still on. And no offer for them to rectify the issues as I would have accepted. Poor service. I am more than happy to allow a garage to carry out issues as I want a safe car. This wasn’t offered.

Good Afternoon, We are sincerely apologetic if you felt the service was not to a standard of your expecting. Unfortunately we felt as if there was a sense of urgency for the vehicle to be returned due to you waiting for the vehicle and as such i cannot replace a tyre I do not have stocked, which would have taken time. As for the service light, much like the tyre, we informed of all advisories, including brakes, found during the service. One of which in regard to your service light being on due to the vehicle being due a Brake Fluid Change and that the "Oil Service" Light actually was reset as can be proven via the history on our diagnostic scanner used for this process. We suggested the BFC be done with the brakes we advised due to poor condition. Again we apologise for the inconvenience.
