I took the ar to the garage at the time stated to be told that the booking had not been put in the diary. Had a wasted trip and had to re-book.

Not expecting luxurious facilities for the price, but at a minimum, asking for a waiting area that looks like it’s been cleaned some time in the past year. There are too many cars parked outside - I had difficulty finding legal parking space.
