Told to have car at the garage for 8.30am for service and mot. Arrive at 8.29am to be told the car is booked in all day!! It wasn’t like I booked this a couple of days before so I would have expected to have an approx finish time not just to be told “we close at 5pm” and not get the car back until 4pm. Happy with price but can’t help but think special prices get done last. I would also like to know how you can justify charging £14.00 to change a key fob battery which only took me 90 secs for £1

This review is not to do with quality of work. I had my appointment cancelled by Stoneacre without them notifying me. I called the day before as I only had the confirmation email and been sent no further correspondence. I was then notified I had no appointment. They had cancelled the appointment and not notified me. I did speak to some from head office who was helpful managed to get me an appointment on the day I needed. Although it was 45miles away and more expensive! Not happy

was advised to get a new timing belt but i had one replaced in 2023 so they didnt ready my service notes. They said it would include a clean but was never cleaned. was advised i could drop my car of at 8am but it wasnt open till 8.30 when i did arrive so messed up my work scheduele. was also told acr was ready to pick up at 1pm went to pick up but was advised it wasnt ready. returned back to work at 1.30ish 10 mins later was called that it was ready to collect.
