Can't fault Snow's Kia Basingstoke for my major service. All completed as agreed plus car cleaned. No trying for 'extras' or 'more work needed'. Would happily use again.

I was confirmed my appointment with bookmygarage but when I informed Snow kia basingstoke they had received no booking. Very shoddy and simply unacceptable...

Thank you for the feedback. When a booking is made on the platform both the customer and garage receive an email confirmation of the booking. Two days before the booked appointment date an email reminder is sent to both the garage and customer again as a prompt of the said booking and for both the customer and garage to confirm the date in question for the booked work to be carried out.
