I’m appalled by this level of poor service and disappointed when last year they were lovely after I needed repairs doing. Now I do not trust the company and will tell everyone I know they should not go there as I do not want anyone to get as poor of a service as I did. My whole day is ruined and I’m beyond stressed. You need to work on customer service as your company apparently does not care about it or the lives of your clients!

Never turned up after saying they would twice when my car had broken down and towed to my drive 1.5 miles away.

The service here is *fantastic* - I had my car serviced after it developed some difficult-to-diagnose malady on a long journey, and not only did the team fix it quickly, they did so for a fraction of the cost I was expecting to face. I can't recommend them highly enough.
