Carried out work on Tuesday and car wouldn’t start today. Blamed the weather but said they had 3 people phone with exact issue in one day! Mistakes happen but the man was so unprofessional and rude and wasn’t willing to help without extra charges. I also had sharp metal old car parts left on my drive and wheel nuts left on seat but again no apology at all and just asked if I can prove it instead which I have pictures of 🤷🏼♀️!

THE MAN TURNED UP AN HOUR LATE DID NOT HAVE THE RIGHT FILLTER SO COULD NOT DO A FULL SERVICE SO HE SAID HE WOULD DO AN INTRIM SERVICE , HE DID AN OIL CHANGE WITH NEW FILTER NOTHING ELSE WAS CHECKED OR TOPPED UP SO I PAID £116. FOR AN OIL CHANGE THERE WAS NO CHECK SHEET AND NO RECIPT

Hello David, thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this and spoken to the technician, who stated nothing needed topping up on your vehicle as it was well maintained, except from a small amount of screen wash. He did check all the levels. Unfortunately we did get supplied the wrong air filter, however the technician said to you that he would return at a later date that week to replace the filter, its only a 15 minute job. He therefore downgraded your service from a Full to an Interim. Sorry you feel this way and please do let us know if you would like that filter fitted. We have the correct one now.
