I booked in for an mot for my Volkswagen polo. The time slot was available so it was easy to get the booking confirmation by email. Arrangements were then made for me to travel to relatives for the Christmas break as I was more than confident the car would pass the test. The next day I had a voicemail left by Johnsons to say they couldn’t actually do the mot on that day and I needed to make alternate arrangements! Really really inconvenient as my plans had been made. I booked in elsewhere
