“annual service (full) and 1st MOT”

booking confirmed was a.m. slot,i dropped the car around 8 am, expecting to be finished around noon.the booking was not in their system from Book my Garage this was not DM Keith's problem as their internal conversation suggested it was not the first time this had happened. They quickly created an appointment and i left awaiting a call to advise the car was ready to collect. I had to call them at 2pm, advised the car was in the bay.they called at 4pm advising to collect. OK but not as expected

“No communication!”

Booked an MOT & full service before Christmas and received an email to confirm this to be done in the new year. On the day of appointment I phoned the garage for a time to drop my car off but was told there had been no parts ordered and the booking could not be done as it has been overlooked. No communication at all from the dealership... unprofessional!
