I've used Book My Garage for Bristol St Motors for 3 years in a row now. It comes up cheaper than a service & MOT at a local dealer, there's a key drop for before 8am so I could get off quicker than waiting for an advisor (they don't open until 8am). My advisor Sheila is really helpful & friendly, she made my whole experience great, I'd ended up with extra work needed (no upselling - I knew about it before MOT) and she arranged it for next day so I had my car back for the weekend. 5 star!

Good communication Good price Long list of work that " needs doing" was very expensive in quotes for main dealer. For a major service, would have expected more work being done. Service book not stamped.....again
