The young man on reception was courteous and logged an issue I was having with the car that needed looking into along with my service requirements and assured me they would let me know the outcome later that day. Around lunchtime I received a video from the mechanic highlighting the checks done for the service and diagnosing the issue highlighted, this was fixed under warranty at the at same time. Brilliant service, thanks.
