Ive had services at a few tiyotas across the country. Never have I needed to leave my car the whole day.I booked through BMG for full service and NOT and confirmed with RRG a month prior a hybrid servuce was inc. Come service day, standard service completed, it took them nearly two hours after my service to then do hybrid check. They tried getting my discs changed even though they didnt show as advisory plus aircon refill and tracking even though nothing wrong with either. Wont beback.
