Thank you for my great value service. I found the price quoted for pre mot work very expensive when compared to 2 nd quite I received elsewhere

To be fair, the first lady I met when dropping off my car was lovely, I booked a Major service through bookmygarage, but when I collected the car the garage hadn't changed my fuel filter. When I called them they explained that as the price was so cheap they didn't do it. the lady on the phone was very aggressive and on complaining explaining there is nothing she can do while her manager is on holdiay. shocking service. The cost being low is not my problem I should get what I paid for.
