No call to advise when ready to collect, went up at 3.30, said it was ready but it was not ready, despite being in since 8am for morning MOT. Waited 20 minutes until they found missing key. Needed work, quote very expensive, when amount was challenged receptionist said she could speak to manager about reducing it! Why wasn’t it based on best price in first instance. We got quote elsewhere for over £500 less.

Dropped car at 8am for a service, no update the whole day...called at 4.30 and no response, called back and was told it would be ready at 5.30
