Booked in for 16.7.22 arrived to told I was not on there bookings for that day (aswell as another customer- who they could fit in) and they would not be able to fit me in, I was re booked in for the week later. With a child and work to arrange things around this not as simple just changing a date. My partner then arrived on rearrange date and was informed there were no car washers available so it couldn't be washed but I could return next week if I wished. Communication and organisation lacking
