Skoda call centre in Redditch booked my car into the wrong garage! I eventually established that the car was booked into the VW garage a couple of miles away, not the Skoda garage I was expecting to be booked into! Skoda staff were helpful to a point, though I was left to establish the location for myself, having contacted the Skoda call centre myself.

Had my mot booked here for first time. I’d had a separate mobile service prior so I thought I was ok. Mot failed on some things that weren’t picked up on service. Marvin explained everything that needed to be done and quoted prices. He was really helpful throughout the whole process and genuinely concerned about keeping costs at a minimum for me for which I was really grateful. Next time I will book my service and mot here together!! Brilliant service. Thank you Marvin Martin.
