I arrived on time for my MOT and service I had booked through Secret Service only to be met with confused faces. I was told they can’t MOT and service my car as it’s a MINI garage and my car is a Vauxhall and that they cancel any that come through on this system. I received no cancellation. I understand my car is a different make; however, why is this company enrolled into a service they don’t want to be a part of. They conducted my MOT anyway but now I’m left to get serviced elsewhere.
