Job was initially priced about £90, went up to £188, front break pads exchanged. Turned up an hour late, incompatible parts ordered so the fitting took another hour longer, Meaning I had to cancel half a day of my work, only agreed on the price as really needed it done.

Hi thankyou for your review. Unfortunately the parts that were given out were the wrong parts for your vehicle. We rectified that by returning to collect the correct parts , on our return we found out that your brake pads were more expensive . We called to inform you and you agreed to have the work done . We try our very best to keep our customers happy and we are sorry your job took a little longer but we are confident we were still quicker than a conventional garage and got you on the road quicker .

I requested a coolant exchange for my car and I received a price of £88 so I agreed for the service to be done. Halford Garage gave me a price of £39 but the garage was 32 miles away. I therefore, accept the BOOKMY GARAGE OFFER OF £88 assuming that this will be the total. When I asked for the Flushing of the coolant before exchange I was told this will cost £160 . This was done with a gallon of tap water in 10 minutes!!! The coolant plastic tank had to be replaced costing £160. A total of £330.

Thanks for your review. We do our very best to keep our customers happy as you can see from our other reviews . Unfortunately your job did not turnout to be a simple coolant flush and other parts and coolant was required hence the price was increased . The mechanic went all out to get your vehicle repaired on the same day and drove there and back to parts suppliers to get the job done . All this was done at your home saving you a lot of running around getting parts . Regards SAS
