Booked for a service, they told me the service light didn't come off as an engine fault. Took to another garage and they have advised the air filter hasn't been changed and glow plugs haven't been changed. What did I pay for please?

I think this review is a little savage and unfair contact would have been appreciated and responded to 1.service light doubles as eng/warning which it was still on as engine fault present 2 customer got free diag which showed glow plug fault never was told they had been changed 3.Air filter as far as I am aware was changed I am on holiday at moment so can not check but will on return Customer paid for a full service which he got and should have been charged 40 pound for a diagnostic which we did as a frebie a simple phone call would have sorted out issue as he clearly did not listen/understood what he was told

Sacriston Autos are reliable,polite & very reasonably priced. I used them last week & I shall use them again, with no hesitation & would recommend them as your preferred garage!
