Dan was excellent. I had a bigger problem then first thought after discussing my options I decided not to go ahead luckily the parts were returnable so was only charged for the labour. Would highly recommend RPM.

Dan visited in the morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. It required a replacement part which needed to be ordered so Dan booked me in whilst he was there for a couple of days later to allow for delivery of the new part. As it turned out he had the part delivered later the same day and Dan was good enough to come back and get it fitted so all in all I am very happy and would recommend RPM!
