Due to the nature of our job we cannot offer specific times to arrive, the technician would have called or messaged when they were on the way to you. We only ask for payments up front if the parts we are using are non refundable - your service items didnt fall into that category so payment was only requested upon completion of the job. Invoice was sent multiple times to the email supplied, perhaps check the junk or spam box.
