Another great experience with RedLake Garage twice this week. Had one car MOT'd and one car serviced. Met with friendly faces who kept us updated with both cars and we had them back prior to midday. So lucky to have this garage on the doorstep. Thanks RedLake Garage for another exceptional customer service.

The team at Redlake are great. They always go the extra mile to help if there’s a problem. I have used other local garages in the past, but now I will only use Redlake.

I booked my first Full Service and MOT with Redlake Garage Services, and the whole process was refreshingly straightforward—no faff, no confusion. When I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. I mentioned I’d be waiting while they worked on the car, and she said they’d aim to finish early. I dropped the car off around 9am and it was ready by 1pm. She also recommended a nearby café where I could settle in and get some work done. All in all, I’m happy with how it went.
