Car was booked in for MOT. Didn't get confirmation from garage so called and they requested car in morning even though I had a pm appointment. Car was dropped off in morning as requested. Was told I would be called between 5-6pm. Had no call so decided to head to garage at 5:30 incase they were closed. Called 5+ times to confirm car was done and they never answered. Got there and my car was no where to be seen. Was told my car was at another garage round the corner. Car arrived 15mins later
