Good afternoon, I would like to remind you about the discussion we had. We called you on the 22nd of December, as soon as we received the vehicle from the MOT station advising you that it will require wiper blades. You agreed for us to order them and upon receiving them we called you again around 1 H later to inform you the wiper blades sent to us are not the correct ones. We asked you to decide whether you would like us to keep the vehicle overnight and install the second set we ordered or if you would like to collect it and come around whenever you had time for us to install the wiper blades as it was a very quick job. You agreed to leave the vehicle overnight so we would like you to explain your review as it is quite unclear to us to be honest.
