Left my car first thing in morning for a MOT,was called at 10.15 to say it was ready for collection, great service and communication from the team, have used this garage for many years had am very pleased to re commend.

MOT and service completed on my Mercedes CLC180. The communication from the garage once repairs were needed was nothing short of poor, I was having to chase regularly to see what the progress was. Part was not delivered on time but I was not told. It took 2 days to complete the work and I think if I hadn't chased it would have been somewhat longer. Work seems to have been completed satisfactorily but severely let down by status reports, communication costs nothing.
