I dropped my car off for a major service and MOT. Shortly after dropping it off I had a call from them explaining that there was a problem. They couldn't get the bonnet open. A common issue with my make and model of car. they advised me the issue and the steps they were going to take to fix it. They were able to resolve the issue without needing to resort to the last ditch option. Made the fix quickly and I had the car back to me the next morning. I will be returning again.
