Booked the day before and received email confirming the PM appointment, the garage didn’t contact me so as advised I called them, the garage seemed genuinely uninterested and communicated by txt only and said I could drop the car down but it wouldn’t get done until the next day, at no point during the booking was I advised the work wouldn’t be attempted on the day of the booking so it’s been a complete waste of time, my advice is don’t bother with a 3rd party booking service book it yourself

Very clean garage I will be booking for a service now. Prompt on time no messing around
