There was no oil change during a full service, it took less than a 1/2 hour and my wipers still don’t work very well. This was a premium price service…. If they don’t include these basics they should say, I would have gone elsewhere

Hi Geoff, Sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the service despite all the work that was done to your vehicle. Location Log shows it took us 1.75hrs on the job. We definitely replaced the following for your vehicle: -Oil (Liqui Molly) -Oil Filter (Blue Print) -Air Filter (Mann Filter) -Cabin Filter (Blue Print) -Spark Plugs (NGK) We also topped-up all fluids and and did a basic inspection for your vehicle hence why we have given you some advisories for your vehicle. Thankfully, we also have video evidence of this service as we are a known YouTuber so we record all of our jobs. Upon request, please let us know if you want a copy of this for your peace of mind.
