I was told the service would take fewer than 3 hours. After waiting nearly 5 hours, I phoned and was told they were waiting for 1 part, and then would it would be finished. 4.5 hours later, having heard nothing, I phoned back and was told my car was ready. I got to the garage and was told that the part still hadn't been delivered. The car stayed in overnight and was eventually finished at 3pm the following day, which no one phoned to tell me about. Very inadequate communication.

Hi, Thank you for your review as explained to you at the time supplied parts came that was wrong and the delivery was not acceptable, all of this was out of our control. We had to buy the part in the end from the main dealer which cost considerably more money and we did not charge any extra. In this case we lost money on the job Regards Vehicle Solutions

Helpful and transparent. Car came back after its service, mot, change of tyre and air con regas running well. Price reasonable and they managed to get my tyre changed before the mot. This was my first visit and I will use again.
