Booked in with them, confirmed via email of attendance after price change. Turned up to be told i hadn't confirmed my booking (email thread was clear of confirmation) told they hadnt ordered parts and that my car would need to stay until the next day. Ended up booking elsewhere with zero issues. Waste of time

Booked in via my garage, but the dealer called and said it’s going to cost double from £153 to £350 as they were expecting a non Honda vehicle to come to a Honda Garage.

The staff and quality of work was fine. However, to be charged an extra £48.00 for “special” oil is a blatant rip off. When entering the vehicle registration, all garages can see what the car is and therefore should price for the service accordingly based on the vehicle type.
