I'm delighted with the way my XC60 is running after its recent service. Yesterday I had to do a 3 hour round trip and kept thinking how good it feels to drive. A special shout out to Snow Nikoro in the service department who ensured some required parts were ordered in advance. Highly recommended.

Complete waste of time. After turning up at the garage I was told my booking does not exist. Apparently Book my Garage had never communicated to them this booking.

Firstly, I booked Collect & Deliver but was lucky enough to call them a few days before as they told me they couldn't collect my car. Secondly, due to a puncture, I came on the space saver wheel and asked for tyre repairs before MOT. They didn't listen to me and MOT my car with the space saver (automatic fail). Thirdly, MOT revealed some parts to change but they used the excuse car's brand to refuse to do any work. Poor customer consideration, poor communication and condescending staff.
