Checking in and picking up was very good.some information on the service report not correct.other information confusing. When do spark plugs required to be changed if not in MAJOR servic, which was just completed.

Major service but no pollen filter change despite specifically asking for it to be done. Same thing happened last time hence specifically asking this time. No print out of book my garage service checklist. Should have just payed for regular (not major) service

Car booked for MOT, service, safety recall and fitting of tyre pressure sensor (TPS). Service good value for money at £159. Supply/fit of TPS over the top at £160, however apparently 3rd party sensors don’t work with Hyundai/Kia. MOT not carried out as garage said work required for it to pass and asked if I wanted to leave car or bring it back later for repairs & MOT. No matter next date they could MOT car was 2+ weeks later. Not acceptable and would not recommend. Booked in at my local garage.
