Booked my car into Dunfermline branch. E mail the following day to say it wasn’t confirmed so no booking. Day before it should have gone in an e mail to say confirm my booking. Phoned then and they said it wasn’t confirmed not booked. What a shambles that you don’t know what you are doing in
