Dropped car off at 10:30am, no communication from garage throughout the day. Phoned at 3pm to get update and car hadn’t been seen and got asked if I was in any rush for it after waiting around and cancelling work meetings as no way to get home. Eventually at 5:30pm car was ready. Poor communication but manager was good when I asked to speak with him and gave me some compensation. Communication from garage needs improvement.
