Easy to book air con service. Garage confirmed and sent reminder messages. Drop off easy, plenty of parking, friendly receptionist, and short walk into town. My car was ready exactly when they said, sent text to let me know. Will definitely use them again.

Service Team member who did my car could not get the cap of my coolant water tank he did not tell me this it was after I took it home I noticed he put the tank was empty I called them to see if they had noticed a leak as I filled this myself about 4 weeks ago it was then I asked if he had filled it up that's when I was told no as the cap was stuck I removed it and filled it myself the next day I should have been told this when I collected my car not after I had driven it home
