Use garage once a year for MOT/ service - picking/ dropping the car really convenient for us and this is always done efficiently and on-time. Communication very good - called to discuss extra work required and happy to discuss options. Extra cost was outlined for me to make a decision at that point. MOT/ service/ agreed extra work was carried out that day and car returned in good time - we rely on the car, so this was particularly pleasing. A recommendation would be to provide a car clean?

From the moment the car was booked in Johnson Motors were messaging me to let me know what the costs would be for the extra work I'd requested. Even better though they committed to investigating a fault rather than just replacing the parts like I'd asked, so they saved me over £150 for a replacement I didn't need.
