Booked in for a service and MOT. Was given a courtesy car for the day and was met with very friendly staff who kept me updated throughout the day by call and by text. Reasonably priced and a lovely valet done on the car before pick up.

Very pleased with the experience of dealing with JLR.Like most people, you just want honesty and transparency with the garage and JLR didn't disappoint. The first thing that impressed me was their rapid response to my booking. On the day itself, everything went smoothly. I booked an MOT and full service and this was all completed in good time. I had to call to check the progress but they kept me informed and at ease. The car wash at the end was a welcome bonus and I will use them again!
