They cancelled at my appointment time as I was driving there. Then had to try to squeeze me in, I had to reshuffle my whole day. So badly organised, not even a penny off for discount. Cancelling not just day off but in under 20 mins from the appointment..awful and then found out they knew the day before that they would have to cancel but left it to the last minute to tell me. Staff were trying to be really helpful but it was such a waste of time, will never use again

I took my BMW for a full service and MOT. The lady at the desk was very friendly and was expecting me. Phoned a few hours later to say car was ready. Drives nice and smooth. No surprise issues with the car and they also updated the I drive which most garages don’t. A good price for a local garage so highly recommend.

Definitely use it again
