Once I had the appointment booked inline, had an email from the Garage stating I need to call them to confirm the appointment. Upon calling was informed that they don’t accept appointments through bookmygarage. But was promised they’d arrange for one but never did in-spite of following up for several times over the week. Does not give any confidence to recommend them

Very knowledgeable safe pair of hands. Be kind. They are slaves to their Electronic Management System (EMS). Book direct until they can be free of their EMS.

I have used Jack Walker Partnership for 20 years and always found them excellent. Good service, good communication, good work, good prices. However when I arrived there this time they had no note of my booking made through Book My Garage. As they are popular and busy I had to wait 4 days to get my car serviced. They said it is common for Book My Garage to accept bookings but not tell the garage.
