I booked an MOT online but received no confirmation email. I phoned them the day before only to be told they don't do it anymore which left me in the lurch.

Hi Russel We are currently in change of ownership so our portal should not be open for bookings at all. I will contact BMG again and have us taken off for the time being Very sorry for the inconvenience but this is why you did not get a reply

As a female car owner especially with a big car, I always feel that garages see pound signs upon my approach. I have been using Jackson’s for several years from the previous owner to the current owner and have always felt safe and that my car has been well looked after . Highly recommended!

Quick and efficient at getting car through MOT. However they didn’t have the booking on their system, despite a confirmation from Book My Garage.
