Booked online and received confirmation of booking but when I got to HPL they said the booking never came through. Waste of time and had to book in the mot and service manually . This was a major inconvenience and time wasted.

Just to clarify, the garage was notified of your booking as soon as it was made on 30th April at 2:56 PM, and we also sent them a follow-up reminder on 24th May at 12:31 PM. It’s the garage’s responsibility to liaise directly with customers regarding specific details, and we’re sorry to hear this seemed to have slipped through the net on their end. We understand how frustrating this must have been and truly hope it won’t deter you from using our service again in the future.
The MOT and service went smoothly. I had to replace a couple of my tires and HPL ordered the new ones and replaced them on the same day. Great service and highly recommended.
