"Great customer service"
Booked car in for MOT staff were really friendly and welcoming, less than an hour later the car was ready. Only confusion I had was I couldn't use my free MOT voucher because I hadn't booked a service at the same time because I wasn't aware I had to, but I can use that next time I hope!
